What would you do if you knew you were about to lose your sight?
Travel? Read? Probably take a very close look at the world around you.
Stanley Wainapel did those things. He also learned to play the piano.
But most importantly, he decided to become a doctor. Now blind, Dr.
Wainapel “sees” hundreds of patients in a busy Bronx hospital.
